Metro Tech Downtown Campus Launches
Crisis Management Series

While COVID-19 creates many challenges in the workplace, business still marches on with extreme change occurring rapidly. To support your organization, as we all focus on staying healthy and working remotely, Metro Tech’s Economic and Workforce Development team has transitioned to Online Learning. Our free Crisis Management Series focuses on topics relevant to this difficult time and our current reality.

It’s our goal to ensure you stay in the game. Not just survive – THRIVE. It’s never been more important as productivity and performance take on greater meaning for businesses navigating the new normal of working and managing remotely.

Customized courses, coaching and professional development opportunities offer ways to build resiliency and productivity during adverse times, and include strategies for well-being, directing teams, improved communications and cutting costs during COVID-19. Our skilled instructors lead short, live seminars to help frame your mindset and introduce tools and techniques for managing and leading through crises. New courses, aimed at business solutions, are added weekly to the series.

“MetroTech’s virtual training has been both a resource and a support for me. By providing an online experience with actionable leadership practices, in an environment that allows me to feel part of a like-minded group, I am able to prioritize my business, team and self.

The courses and instructors have given me the context and perspective to not only think about crisis management, but to see the opportunities at hand in order to start acting and thinking about what comes next.

I have been able to utilize what I’ve learned to positively impact daily operations and to pivot into a leadership style where intentional communications are affecting not just my teams, but the company overall and ultimately our customers.”
